What happens when Entrydesk AI is not sure?
The line says Needs expert and no code is guessed. On the real rulings we tested, Entrydesk AI answered 30 of 150 on its own and sent the other 120 to an expert. That is the cost of not guessing.
A person decides every code. You can also draft an advance ruling request for a Needs expert line.
Are the duty figures final?
No. They are estimates. Each rate shows its source. Customs makes the final bill.
Who is responsible for the declaration?
Your licensed agent. Entrydesk suggests, checks and drafts. Your declarant reviews, approves and files it.
Does Entrydesk file with Customs?
No. It prepares the data in the order the forms ask. Your declarant keys it in.
Do you log in to the Customs system or the Single Window for me?
Never. We ask you never to share a login with us.
Where is my data?
Your documents are stored on Amazon Web Services in Ireland, in the EU, and Entrydesk AI processes them within the EU.
When Entrydesk AI suggests a code, it sees only the product description, origin, quantity and unit. It does not see prices or company names.
Do you train on my documents?
Not unless you give separate written consent.
Which goods are covered?
Entrydesk is built for imports by sea and by air. The duty estimate does not cover vehicles, and it flags every line where a charge, such as excise, is not included. The tariff loaded so far covers part of the full tariff, so some goods will say Needs expert.
What does it cost to try?
Nothing. The Free plan is ₦0 and includes 2 shipments a month.
