Terms
The rules for using Entrydesk, in plain words.
Version 1.0, 27 October 2026
1. What Entrydesk is
Entrydesk is software. You sign up and use it yourself. It reads the papers you upload, suggests codes, checks the papers against each other and drafts the data for a declaration.
2. Your declarant stays responsible
Entrydesk prepares suggestions, checks and drafts. The licensed customs agent reviews, approves and files every declaration and stays responsible for it. Duty and levy figures are estimates. The Customs assessment is final.
Entrydesk does not file declarations. It never logs in to the Customs system or the Single Window for you. Do not share a login with us.
3. Estimates
Every duty figure is an estimate and shows the source of each rate. A line marked Needs expert has no suggested code. A person decides every code.
4. What you may not do
- Use Entrydesk to pay less duty than the law requires, such as by asking for a cheaper code or a lower value.
- Use Entrydesk to automate the Customs system or the Single Window, or to log in to them for someone else.
- Upload papers you have no right to share.
- Try to read another organisation's data, or to disrupt the service.
5. Your account and your documents
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Your documents stay yours. You allow Entrydesk to process them to give you the service. When you create an account you accept these terms and the data processing agreement, and we record which version you accepted.
6. Plans and fees
The plans are on the pricing page, in naira. The Free plan is ₦0 and includes 2 shipments a month. A shipment is one set of papers for one consignment. Plans run month to month.
7. Liability
Entrydesk is provided as it is. Suggestions can be wrong, which is why a person approves every code and every declaration. To the extent the law allows, Entrydesk is not liable for duty, penalties, storage or other costs that follow from a declaration you or your declarant approved.
8. Changes and law
We may change these terms. Each version has a number, and sign-up records the version you accepted. These terms follow Nigerian law.
