How your data and your declarations are handled
How it is handled
- Your declarant is responsible. The licensed agent reviews, approves and files every declaration and stays responsible for it. Entrydesk suggests, checks and drafts.
- Where your documents sit. Your documents are stored on Amazon Web Services in Ireland, in the EU.
- Where Entrydesk AI works. Entrydesk AI reads and processes your data within the EU.
- What Entrydesk AI sees when it suggests a code. Only the product description, the origin, the quantity and the unit. It does not see prices or company names.
- Training. Entrydesk does not train on your documents unless you give separate written consent.
- Kept apart. Each organisation's data is kept apart. A person in one organisation cannot read another organisation's shipments.
- A record of every change. Every change to a field, a code or an approval is written to an audit log.
- Duty figures. Duty figures are estimates. Each one shows the source of its rate.
- Platform. Built on AWS.
Never
- Never logs in to the Customs system or the Single Window for you, and asks you never to share a login.
- Never files a declaration. It prepares the data in the order the forms ask, and your declarant keys it in.
- Never guesses silently. A line it is not sure about says Needs expert.
- Never ranks codes by how little duty they cost. Codes are ranked by how sure Entrydesk AI is.
- Never uses your documents for training without your written consent.

Built on AWS
Entrydesk runs on Amazon Web Services in Ireland. Your documents are stored there, in the EU, and Entrydesk AI processes your data within the EU. Storing your documents outside Nigeria means they leave the country.
Entrydesk is its own product. It is not made or endorsed by Amazon.
